Credits & account / SCENARIO GUIDE
Paid with PayPal but credits are missing: what should you check?
Check the CartVisual account and order record before paying again. A return from PayPal is not by itself proof that a payment has completed or that credits belong to the account currently open. Keep the order identifiers and ask support to reconcile an unresolved completed payment.
Identify the account and order
Confirm which CartVisual account started checkout and which account is now signed in. Different browser profiles or sign-in methods can lead to confusion. Open the purchase records in the credits and plan area and find the order associated with that checkout.
Keep the CartVisual order identifier and PayPal transaction or order identifier available privately. Do not post a full receipt, card details or account credentials in a public comment. A screenshot can help support only after unnecessary personal and financial details have been removed.
Separate the visible states
| Observation | What to check | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| Returned from PayPal | Actual provider and CartVisual order status | Treating the redirect as final proof |
| Payment still pending | Completion and order reconciliation | Making a duplicate purchase immediately |
| Completed payment, wrong balance | Purchasing account and order identity | Assuming another login shares the credits |
| Refunded or disputed order | Current order and credit activity | Treating the original amount as permanently available |
The website applies purchase credits after payment verification. Refunds and disputes can also affect the credited balance. Use the current account records rather than an old screenshot of the checkout amount.
Follow a short recovery sequence
- Return to the original purchasing account and open credits and purchase records.
- Review or refresh the order status using the available account controls.
- Compare the provider’s completed or pending state with the CartVisual order.
- If a completed payment remains unresolved, contact support with the relevant identifiers and the observed status.
Use the contact page for the current support channel. Avoid submitting the same checkout repeatedly while investigating. A normal webpage refresh or order-status check should not be confused with authorizing another purchase.
Keep the scope of the support request clear
Report the purchase time, pack, CartVisual account and relevant order identifiers through the private support channel. Describe whether credits never appeared or appeared and later changed. This distinction helps separate a pending completion from a reversal or account mismatch.
Do not share your PayPal password or API credentials. Support should reconcile the actual order and ledger state; a claimed payment amount is not enough to grant credits. This guide describes the current CartVisual purchase workflow, not a promise of payment-processing time or an automatic refund entitlement.

Frequently asked questions
Should I pay again immediately?
No. First check the original account, payment completion and order record so you do not create an unnecessary second purchase.
Does the PayPal return page prove completion?
No. Check the actual verified order and payment state. A redirect alone is not payment verification.
What should I send support?
Use the private support channel for relevant order identifiers and observed status. Never send passwords, API secrets or full card details.
