A+ product pages / DECISION GUIDE

How should A+ content distinguish included accessories from optional extras?

Start from the exact current package contents, then separate included items, separately sold accessories and demonstration props in the visual. A nearby stand or case can look included without an explicit promise. Review the selected product edition and the entire listing context before approving an A+ accessories image.

01 / HOW SHOULD A+ CONTENT DISTINGUISH INCLUDED ACCESSORIES FROM OPTIONAL EXTRAS?

Bind the contents list to the purchased edition

Consider a fictional H5 headphone offer. Standard pack P2 contains one headphone and one charging cable. Kit pack P3 adds one case. A stand used for display belongs to neither pack. The names and contents are teaching examples, not specifications for a real product.

Obtain the authoritative current pack-out and photographs for the selected edition. Record cable type, counts and revision. The same product name or headphone body does not make P2 and P3 interchangeable. Generation must receive the approved contents; it should not decide what this category normally ships with.

02 / HOW SHOULD A+ CONTENT DISTINGUISH INCLUDED ACCESSORIES FROM OPTIONAL EXTRAS?

Classify every object before arranging it

Object in the H5 sceneStatus for standard P2Image decision
One H5 headphoneIncludedShow the correct edition and count
One documented charging cableIncludedKeep its actual type and connectors
P3 caseNot included in P2Remove from the P2 contents view
Display standNot part of either packSeparate contextual use from contents, or remove
Unidentified adapterUnconfirmedHold until status is verified

A collection of equally spaced objects under “In the box” makes an inclusion statement. A tiny not-included note does not automatically make that grouping clear. Change the composition first so a buyer can count the supplied parts without decoding an exception.

03 / HOW SHOULD A+ CONTENT DISTINGUISH INCLUDED ACCESSORIES FROM OPTIONAL EXTRAS?

Keep exclusion and compatibility as different facts

“Stand not included” answers what ships. It does not establish that the stand safely fits or works with H5. If compatibility is part of the message, obtain appropriate evidence for that exact relationship. A matching connector silhouette or a product resting convincingly on a generated prop is not a compatibility record.

For a useful contextual scene, keep the headphone as the clear subject and qualify a potentially confusing optional accessory through the destination’s permitted wording. If the setup only looks useful because it suggests the optional item is supplied, redesign it. Use bundle quantity review for the countable contents image.

04 / HOW SHOULD A+ CONTENT DISTINGUISH INCLUDED ACCESSORIES FROM OPTIONAL EXTRAS?

Generate an accessories candidate from the actual inventory

In A+ content, choose Included accessories and provide the P2 sources, exact list and exclusions. This is an image output role, not a connection to stock records or an instruction to attach items to a cart. Review every generated object and count against P2 before polishing the scene.

If a generated caption adds “case included,” reject or correct that candidate even when the picture omits the case. If the cable looks different, compare its actual source; do not accept it because a cable-shaped object is present. Prepare exact readable wording externally or in supported destination text fields when raster text cannot be verified.

05 / HOW SHOULD A+ CONTENT DISTINGUISH INCLUDED ACCESSORIES FROM OPTIONAL EXTRAS?

Check the receiving variant and keep revision triggers

Amazon’s A+ guide describes source images, text and seller-side preview/review. That review route is independent of CartVisual’s output role. Check the actual receiving product, not simply the page title, and follow its current module rules. A context image is not permission to add a promotional offer.

For H5, the standard listing, selected variant, contents statement and image must all describe P2. If a supplier later changes the cable, identify every affected image and caption before reusing them. Keep the approved pack-out revision with the asset. No pack inspection, image generation, cart or seller submission was tested for this fictional example.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Frequently asked questions

Should every decorative prop carry a disclaimer?

First choose a composition that avoids confusion. Clarify where a buyer could reasonably mistake an object for supplied equipment, using the destination’s permitted form.

Does not included establish that an accessory is compatible?

No. Inclusion and compatibility need separate evidence.

Does the Included accessories output know the stock configuration?

No. Provide the current verified contents and review every depicted item, count and caption.
