Image remix / PRACTICAL ANSWER
How do I write wholesale copy when the shown price requires a minimum order?
Put the quantity condition beside the price. Separate the unit rate from the total order and any quote-dependent terms.

Define what the price purchases
A fictional candle wholesaler advertises a unit rate available only from a stated minimum quantity. A short AI headline presents the rate as the price of one candle with no conditions. Before rewriting, supply the minimum order, relevant options, actual pricing basis and whether shipping or customization requires a separate quote.
This guide describes a factual offer record. It does not set your pricing policy or determine legal disclosure requirements for a particular market. Have the responsible business owner approve the actual offer.
Make the conditions parallel
| Field | Seller-provided fact | Copy check |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum quantity | Actual qualifying quantity | Visible next to the offer |
| Unit rate | Applicable quantity tier | Not shown as total order cost |
| Options | Qualifying product/configuration | Not extended to all variants |
| Quote items | Verified separate conditions | No invented included service |
Do not combine rates from different tiers into one “from” price without a clear supported basis. A generated multipack picture cannot establish the commercial minimum.
Draft for a real purchasing task
Ask the model to explain who the offer is for and how the buyer obtains the applicable quote. Keep factual quantity conditions intact while improving readability. Use a separate example calculation only if the relevant quantities and charges are actually established; label illustrative calculations clearly.
For the candle seller, a buyer should know whether they are ordering inventory for resale or purchasing one gift. The call to action must match the actual wholesale process.
Fictional arithmetic exercise: a seller specifies 24 candles minimum, with an all-unit price of USD 5 each at that quantity. The merchandise subtotal for 24 is 24 × 5 = USD 120. This is not a USD 5 single-candle order. It excludes only those charges the real offer actually excludes; obtain the actual shipping/tax/customization conditions rather than inventing them.
| Possible pricing basis | What must be established | Avoid |
|---|---|---|
| All-unit tier | Whether the qualifying rate applies to every unit in the order | Assuming a threshold is a per-unit retail offer |
| Marginal tier | Which units fall in each bracket | Applying the lowest bracket rate to all units |
| Per-variant minimum or mixed-case minimum | Actual aggregation rule and qualifying options | Assuming different variants can be combined |
| Inquiry or configured checkout | How the real buyer obtains the supported offer | Promising instant checkout for a quote-only campaign |
No tier or currency here describes an actual offer. Do not use the example to choose your commercial terms. Check the seller’s pricing basis first, then verify the arithmetic for the actual quantity.
Review the destination
Open the advertised destination and compare the minimum quantity, displayed rate and available options. Resolve a headline that implies instant retail checkout when the page requires a wholesale inquiry. CartVisual can draft the creative; it does not configure wholesale tiers or submit orders. Update the copy when the qualifying offer changes instead of merely changing the image.
Put the advertised creative, qualifying quantity, actual destination and quoted/checkout result in one review record. If any of them refer to different tiers or options, hold publication. Use the CTA destination contract and option replay before sharing the campaign. Shopify’s caution about generated text is an accuracy reminder, not a wholesale pricing specification.
